HMC President Jennifer Goodman Horowitz is an award-winning global marketing & communications leader who builds teams and develops strategy to shape and raise the profile of dynamic organizations and executives. Prior to founding HMC, Ms. Horowitz gained extensive experience shaping and elevating the profile of leading organizations, both, as an in-house marketing and communications executive and as a leader in some of the world’s largest PR agencies.   

Over the course of her career, Ms. Horowitz has:  

• Earned accolades as an effective spokesperson in a global arena  
• Media trained executives of numerous Fortune 500 companies 
• Organized successful press conferences all over the world  
• Managed global crisis communications scenarios for major companies  
• Led change management communications programs for several federal agencies  
• Overseen the internal and external communications (and associated rebranding) of multiple corporate acquisitions  
• Stood up highly effective in-house marketing & communications teams

Most recently, Ms. Horowitz led marketing and communications for CGI Federal – a $1.4B subsidiary of the global systems integrator, CGI. When she joined CGI, Ms. Horowitz restructured and expanded the marketing and communications department from 4 to 20+ personnel, with the redeveloped department being recognized by senior leadership as a global model for CGI’s marketing function. Under Ms. Horowitz’s leadership, the department:

• Redefined and consolidated CGI Federal offerings under broad categories and executed an internal educational campaign that significantly enhanced account leader awareness of the breadth of the company’s offerings. 
• Implemented an integrated external campaign that positioned CGI Federal as an end-to-end systems integrator, resulting in the subsidiary recording the highest YoY growth in client awareness across all of CGI’s nine global divisions.  
• Established a robust digital and earned media footprint that garnered 3M+ earned media impressions and a 6.6% social media engagement rate in FY21.  

Ms. Horowitz was named one of Washington Executive’s Top 25 Marcom Leaders to Watch in 2020. She is a founding member of the Washington DC chapter of Chief and a long-time member of The Marketing Alliance. For the last three years (and counting) Ms. Horowitz has served as a judge for the Marketing & Communications categories of the Stevie Awards. She also volunteers as a Navigator (career coach) for the Hire Autism Project of the Organization for Autism Research.
